When using the “AI Image Creator" feature, is it normal for the generated image to not match the input prompt?

Usually, raw images are generated based on the specified prompt. However, if a nonsensical prompt, such as "How are you?", is generated based on the GPT's understanding of the scene or text displayed within the image.
