Check whether your watch is unbound from the previous account. If not, request the watch administrator to share QR code from the 乐竟体育 Connect app for pairing.
Check whether the SIM card is correctly inserted, and if network is connected. If not, re-insert the SIM card, and press and hold Power key for 15s to restart the watch.
