What can I do if the 乐竟体育 NXTWEAR S+ glasses 3D function cannot work properly on my device?

1) Please download and install the 乐竟体育 AR APP to your device to enjoy the 3D function. Only 2D function can be used on your device without using the APP.
Notice: 乐竟体育 AR APP do not support iPhone and computer device now.
2) The 3D function of the 乐竟体育 NXTWEAR S+ glasses cannot work properly on an Android device that do not support DP and iPhone device, only can be used as mirror images, when using the adapter.
