To enable it:

2) Select the 乐竟体育 Connect App from a list of apps.
3) Tap the app icon and enable notifications.
Check whether the Chat permission is enabled.
To enable it:
1) Log in to the 乐竟体育 Connect App and add the watch to pair it with your phone.
2) Go to Settings > User Permission and enable Chat.
